5. Compensation & Brokerage Engagement

Transaction-Based Compensation: GildenRow Advisory operates on a transaction-based compensation model. Compensation is earned only upon successful close of a matched transaction. No compensation is earned for introductions, consultations, or preliminary discussions that do not result in a closed transaction.

No Access Fees, Retainers, or Memberships: GildenRow Advisory does not charge access fees, monthly retainers, membership fees, or advisory fees. We do not operate on a subscription or membership model. All compensation is tied directly to successful transaction completion.

Written Agreement Required: Compensation terms, including commission structure and payment terms, are agreed upon in writing prior to formal brokerage engagement. All compensation terms are disclosed and documented before any transaction proceeds.

Licensed Brokerage Compensation: All licensed real estate compensation flows through the appropriate licensed brokerage entity (LoKation Real Estate where applicable). Compensation is paid in accordance with applicable state real estate commission regulations and the terms of the written brokerage agreement.

No Fiduciary or Advisory Duty Beyond Written Agreement: GildenRow Advisory provides brokerage services pursuant to written brokerage agreements. No fiduciary or advisory duty exists beyond the scope explicitly defined in the written brokerage agreement.
